Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General Electric 7NA712LT2AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Good-Year parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Good-Year product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the WU13ZF1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1000h300 manufactured by Good-Year and we are pleased to be able to service most Good-Year systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2926V686 by Manufacturer Good-Year as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Helwig Brand 36121780 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Good-Year such as 5230V734 equipment made by Good-Year have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Good-Year products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Good-Year" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 532014M85 made by Hawk as well as the popular MCAC1501612 original spares produced by Helical

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TXQ214056 by Grove and 5230V734 spares by Good-Year are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
